A Computer that runs.
You need a web browser-Nestscape navigator or Internet explorer.
A text editor-Windows notepad is good. You can find it under Start->Programs->Accessories->Notepad.
To develop your webpage you need internet connection.
If you are not prepared to spend money to buy webspace, you can get limited space for free; Check out these sites that offer free webspace; GeocitesThis one offers only 2 megabytes space. FreeserversThis one offers 20 megabytes and it also lets you choose a customised domain name. This is the one I use.
